PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you purchase. While we do not offer refunds on retail products, we will gladly exchange any gently used product within 7 days of purchase. If you’d prefer not to exchange right away, we’re happy to issue a product credit for future use on retail items. Please note, product credit cannot be applied toward services.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. While we do not offer refunds on any services provided, if you are not completely happy, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment with your stylist. After 5 days, any additional services will be considered a new appointment and subject to standard pricing.
